Alaves to beat Osasuna & over 2.5 goals @ 10-3 with bet 365

Alaves and Osasuna have both picked up seven points from their first three La Liga games and Sunday’s match at the Mendizorrotza may be more than just one for the purists.

Alaves have beaten Getafe and Villarreal at home without conceding, either side of a 1-1 with Rayo Vallecano.

An opening 0-0 against Levante could have set the tone for Osasuna’s season, but they made the most of a Celta Vigo red card to win 2-1 at Balaidos before themselves defeating Getafe.

Neither side has a reputation for outlandish, exciting football, but in the last four meetings, three have seen over 2.5 goals, and three have also ended with each team scoring.

However, there has been a hint of fortune about Osasuna’s improvement, and El Glorioso can seal a third home victory of the campaign.

Marseille to win to nil vs Paris FC @ 12-5 with bet365

Marseille fell to a 2-0 defeat to Monaco last week on the road, but they are a different outfit on home soil. They started the season with a 4-0 rout over Strasbourg at home and they should be able to record another clean sheet against Paris FC.

Paris FC are unbeaten so far this season, but they have won only one of their last nine competitive away matches in all competitions. They won only four times on the road last season and Marseille lost only twice on their own patch.

Marseille’s 4-0 win over Strasbourg proves how strong they can be at home and Sunday’s fixture should help them settle the nerves and get back on track after a turbulent summer.

Bologna vs Sassuolo – Sassuolo double chance @ 4/5 with bet365

Bologna have started the season with back-to-back 1-0 defeats, and finishing has proved to be a real problem for the Rossoblu. With the hosts unable to take their chances, they look vulnerable against a Sassuolo side that has made a bright start.

Former Liverpool midfielder Alberto Aquilani was a bold choice as Sassuolo’s new manager, but he’s made a quick start since moving from Catanzaro. The Neroverdi dominated their league opener at Atalanta, recording 2.7 Expected Goals to 0.88 in a 2-1 defeat.

Sassuolo followed that up with another strong display in win over Torino, while they’ve come through two rounds of the Coppa Italia. Bologna won only six of 19 home matches last term, and Sassuolo can take advantage.

ADO Den Haag vs Fortuna Sittard – Fortuna Sittard over 1.5 team goals @ 1/1 with bet365

ADO Den Haag have had a difficult start to life back in the Eredivisie and their defensive frailties could continue against an impressive-looking Fortuna Sittard side.

Sunday’s hosts have conceded 11 goals in four games so far and have shipped at least two goals in all of them. Sittard’s 3-2 thriller against Groningen last time out made it eight goals for the season and they have notched two or more in three of them, so back them to bag a few in Den Haag.

Enda McElhinney

Juventus vs AC Milan – Draw @ 9/4 with bet365

There isn’t usually much to split these Italian giants, with four of the last five Serie A meetings ending goalless and just three goals scored in total across the last five six league meetings. Juve will be hoping the addition of Nick Woltemade on deadline day can bring goals.

Both sides have two wins from two in Serie A, with Juve yet to concede a goal. Milan have been breached only once.

Milan have lost just one of their last eight visits to Juve across all competitions and with the hosts not exactly prolific in front of goal, this could once more end in a draw.

Gareth Freeman

Real Oviedo vs Burgos – Oviedo to win @ 43/50 with bet365

Oviedo initially struggled after relegation with just one point from two games but they picked up their first win at Albacete last time out and can follow that up with another three points when Burgos visit.

Burgos have also made a mixed start with four points from three games and they went down 1-0 at Gijon in their only trip so far. Oviedo only lost eight of their 19 home games in the top flight last season and should be a force at this venue in the Segunda Division, so they appear well placed to record back-to-back wins.
