Wednesday’s National League Acca
This should be a good game, with Eastleigh’s home record slightly better than top of the table Barnet’s away record, which had been hit and miss this season.
Both teams have scored in 9 out of 11 of Eastleigh’s home games this season, whilst the same has happened in 7 of Barnet’s 11 away games.
Eastleigh are 11th, and have only played 3 teams who are currently above them in the table prior to this match, but on each occasion both teams have scored.
Halifax have not been in great form as of late, with just 1 win in their last 6 league matches, but there was only 1 loss in that winless run, and creditable draws away against Barnet and Forest Green.
They have the perfect chance here to record that elusive win, which would be the first at home since the start of November, as they take on 22nd placed AFC Fylde.
The Coasters have only picked up 4 points from 12 away games, with 10 losses. Their only win came against Boston United, who are a place below them in the table. They did earn a good draw at Oldham, but that was over 4 months ago.
There’s not too much distance between these two sides geographically, or in the National League table, as 6th takes on 9th.
This bet has landed in 6 of Rochdale’s 10 league homes games this season, and in 8 of Altrincham’s 12 away games.
Altrincham’s ranks boast the division’s 2nd highest scorer in Regan Linney, so they’re never short of firepower in front of goal.
This should be a good game as 2nd place York take on 4th place Gateshead.
York’s Boxing Day game against Oldham was postponed, meaning they come into this one fresh, but having been knocked off top spot by Barnet. They will want to get that spot back, but face a Gateshead side that have won 3 on the spin.
York’s home form has been superb. They have won their last 6, with 10 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss from their 12 games.
Gateshead on the road have been pretty good, they have the 7th best record in the league, but it doesn’t stack up to York’s home form, and they are yet to play any of the top 3 on the road.
