Sheffield Wednesday vs Coventry – Coventry to win at 1/2 with bet365

Just one of two teams yet to taste Championship defeat this season, Coventry have started the campaign in superb form and they can record another victory when they head to Hillsborough to face Sheffield Wednesday.

The Owls are yet to win at home in the league from four attempts this term, conceding nine goals in the process, and those defensive frailties are a huge concern as they face the division’s leading scorers.

Coventry registered a convincing 4-0 victory at Millwall on Wednesday, making it two victories in a row and eight games unbeaten in the league, and the Sky Blues can continue on their merry way by adding three more points to their tally.

Tom Hill

Manchester United vs Sunderland – Both teams to score at 4/5 with bet365

An end-to-end battle should be on the cards at Old Trafford on Saturday as Manchester United face Sunderland.

The Black Cats have performed above expectations to sit fifth in the table on 11 points and they have only conceded four goals this season. Regis Le Bris will expect his team to score past a United defence that have already shipped 11 goals, but the Red Devils have the highest xG in the Premier League with 11.8.

Ruben Amorim’s side have been carving teams open at ease, and if they can improve their conversion in the final third, they should be able to give their fans something to smile about.

Aaron Ashley

Plymouth vs Wigan – Plymouth at 31/20 with bet365

Plymouth made a sluggish start to the League One season following relegation from the Championship but they are finding their stride now and can make it four wins in five at home to Wigan.

The Pilgrims are creating plenty of chances and scoring freely, having netted four goals in wins over Stockport and Burton either side of a thrilling 3-2 victory at Luton.

There is plenty of substance to their recent upturn in form and they should fancy their chances at home to the Latics, who have taken only two points from five away games and they were brushed aside 4-1 at Bolton on their most recent road trip.

Alex Wrigley

Brest vs Nantes – Brest win at 17/20 with bet365

After a dismal start to the season, Brest have hit their stride with back-to-back wins over Angers and Nice, and they can make it three on the spin against the struggling Nantes on Saturday.

Nantes have picked up just one point from a possible nine away from home, and they are winless in their last six meetings with Brest, losing five times, conceding 12 goals and scoring just twice in this run.

Aaron Rogan

PEC Zwolle vs PSV – PSV to win and both teams to score at 6/4 with bet365

PEC Zwolle are out of form ahead of their clash with Dutch champions PSV, with the hosts losing four of their last five matches. The visitors are second in the table after winning five of their first seven, including all three of their away trips.

However, PSV have kept one clean sheet in the league. The champions have conceded 11.3 Expected Goals across their first seven matches, so they’re backed to concede in a victory on Saturday evening.

Gareth Freeman

Preston vs Charlton – Preston to win at 6/4 with bet365

Preston have lost just one of their opening eight Championship games and their early season form suggests they could be among the promotion contenders. North End need to find a way to turn draws into wins, however, and the visit of Charlton looks like a good opportunity to get three points on the board.

The Addicks have also made a strong start to the season but they’ve only managed one road win in four attempts, while Preston are unbeaten at Deepdale and two of their three league wins have come on home soil so at an odds-against price a North End win looks a decent option.
