Lithuania vs Poland – Poland to win & BTTS @ 11/4 with bet365
With matches against Poland and the Netherlands to round out their qualifying campaign, already-eliminated Lithuania are likely to end without a win, but they are capable of grabbing a consolation goal when they host Poland in Kaunas.
The Baltic nation have found the net in all three of their home qualifiers so far, drawing 2-2 with Finland and 1-1 with Malta, while their best effort came in a 3-2 home defeat by the Netherlands.
Poland won the teams’ first meeting 1-0 in Warsaw but they are still battling the Dutch for top spot and there could be more goals in the second clash.
Gareth Freeman
Burgos vs Valladolid – Burgos to win @ 7/5 with bet365
Valladolid made a strong start to the season but their form has tailed off and they have just one point to show from their last three games, scoring just once during that run.
Burgos is always a place to visit and the hosts can pick up a win over a promotion rival on Sunday. Burgos are in decent form with two wins in their last four games and they remain unbeaten at home this season (W2, D2), so at 33/20 they look good value to claim maximum points against an out-of-sorts Valladolid outfit.
Ian Wilkerson
Netherlands vs Finland – Cody Gakpo to score at any time @ 5/6 with bet365
There was little surprise when the Netherlands posted a 4-0 victory over Malta on Thursday and with the Oranje anticipated to have a similarly comfortable time at home to Finland, it would not be a surprise if Cody Gakpo again played a prominent role.
The Liverpool forward has looked sharp this season despite the fact his goal tally of two may feel underwhelming, and he built upon his well-taken effort against Chelsea by scoring twice in Ta’Qali.
Chances should be aplenty for the Dutch, who have scored 18 goals in their five qualifiers and Gakpo looks likely to get on the end of one of their opportunities against the Finns, who they have already beaten in Helsinki.
James Mason
Denmark vs Greece – Denmark to win to nil @ 7/4 with bet365
Denmark thumped Belarus 6-0 on Thursday to keep themselves top of World Cup qualifying Group C and Brian Riemer’s outfit can take another step towards qualification when hosting a Greece side who suffered a damaging 3-1 loss at Scotland.
That defeat has left the Azure & White third in the section, four points behind Denmark and Scotland, and their hopes of reaching the finals could be ended if results go against them this weekend.
Denmark are on a five-game unbeaten run and they haven’t conceded a goal in their last four outings, beating Lithuania, Greece and Belarus and also drawing with the Scots.
Jack Ogalbe
Romania vs Austria – Austria to win and BTTS @ 5/2 with bet365
It was goals, goals, goals in Vienna on Thursday as Austria recorded their biggest ever international win in beating San Marino 10-0.
They face a much more challenging task on Sunday when they head east to Bucharest to take on Romania at the Arena Nationala.
Tricolorii warmed up for this Group H fixture with an unconvincing 2-1 friendly win over neighbours Moldova but pushed Das Team when the pair met in June, recording ten efforts at goal in losing 2-1.
Austria’s most recent away outing was September’s 2-1 win over Bosnia & Herzegovina and another victory in which they concede looks likely for Ralf Rangnick’s side.
Aaron Rogan
Malaga vs Deportivo La Coruna – Deportivo to win @ 6/5 with bet365
Unbeaten Deportivo look good to see off a Malaga side who have lost each of their last four games. The hosts’ own unbeaten start quickly turned along with the quality of their opponents, as their four successive defeats have each come to sides who began the weekend in the top seven.
Deportivo have scored 11 away goals, almost twice as many as the six goals Malaga have mustered across their first eight league games. The visitors are impressing in terms of their underlying numbers, and they should prove too strong for Malaga.
