Lyon’s Endrick to score against Lille @ 13/10 with bet365

Lyon’s small squad hasn’t stopped them competing on several fronts this season and Thursday’s Europa League win over PAOK was their ninth on the spin.

They produced that performance without on-loan forward Endrick, who scored a hat-trick in last Sunday’s 5-2 win at Metz to take his tally to four goals in three appearances since signing from Real Madrid until the summer.

Lyon have a history of bringing out the best in young Brazilian players, and the 19-year-old can score again when Lille visit Décines-Charpieu on Sunday.

Les Dogues were also in Europa League action on Thursday, beating Freiburg 1-0 thanks to Olivier Guroud’s late penalty.

However, they had lost five in a row before that and may not be able to live with this inspired teenager who is chasing a starting role for Brazil at this summer’s World Cup.

Athletic Bilbao vs Real Sociedad – Sociedad to win at 12/5 with bet365

Real Sociedad look a great bet as underdogs to claim local bragging rights in Sunday’s Basque derby.

Neither of these sides have enjoyed particularly impressive seasons up to this point but La Real have put a bit of a run together. They’re unbeaten in five and have won their last three, while Bilbao are going through a miserable spell of just one win in their last 11 across all competitions.

Bilbao led 2-1 against Sporting in the Champions League on Wednesday at San Mames but slipped to a 3-2 defeat that saw them exit Europe so they may struggle to get themselves up for this derby date. Sociedad have had a few extra days rest and they’re the team in the better form, they also won the reverse fixture back in November and have a great chance here to win in Bilbao for the first time since 2020.

Toulouse vs Auxerre – Toulouse to win at 3/4 with bet365

Toulouse could break into Ligue 1’s European qualification positions with a win on Sunday, and they should get the three points they need against the out-of-sorts Auxerre.

The visitors, who sit 17th in the table with just 12 points from 19 games, have the worst away record in the top flight. They have earned only two points from a possible 27 on the road, scoring four goals, and they head to Stadium de Toulouse after losing their last five assignments. Les Violets have won four of their last five league fixtures and look good value to take the spoils on Sunday.

James Mason

Aston Villa vs Brentford – Aston Villa to win @ 21/20 with bet365

Aston Villa boast the third-best home record in the Premier League this season and they can add another three points to their tally at the expense of Brentford, who have picked up just nine points on their travels.

The Villans have won 12 of their last 13 at Villa Park in all competitions and they warmed up for this contest with an entertaining 3-2 victory over RB Salzburg in the West Midlands on Thursday night.

While an injury to Ollie Watkins slightly marred that win, Villa have recently signed Tammy Abraham and he can spearhead the side to a crucial triumph over the Bees, who have never won at Villa Park in 10 attempts.

Enda McElhinney

Manchester City to beat Tottenham and both teams to score @ 21/10 with bet365

Tottenham’s Premier League form is in stark contrast to their European showings. Under fire boss Thomas Frank has overseen just two home league wins in 11 attempts, with his side entering the weekend in 14th spot and perhaps dropping as low as 16th by the time they entertain Manchester City in north London on Sunday afternoon.

Spurs had quite a hold over the Citizens in recent times, but Pep Guardiola’s side have triumphed in their last two visits to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The hosts have, though, scored in eight of their last 11 games against City home and away and despite their woes here, Spurs have found the net in 10 straight home games in all competitions while both teams have scored in nine of Tottenham’s last 13 Premier League assignments.

City have to win here to pin some pressure on league leaders Arsenal and they can land three points in an entertaining tussle.
