LIVIN ON LUCO came close to succeeding when second over C&D on his hurdles debut and would have been placed at least, but for falling here on his next outing, in which the winner has won again since. Granted a clear round, he should be difficult to beat, and he is the solid choice to at least fill the frame in the opener.
Tips: LIVIN ON LUCO

HOUSE OF STORIES shaped very promisingly when second here last month behind a horse who has subsequently made the frame in a Grade 1 race at Newbury. With more to come, he can open his account for Rebecca Curtis. MAGICAL ESCAPE would only need to repeat his runner-up effort here from two starts ago to make an impact.
Tips: HOUSE OF STORIES, MAGICAL ESCAPE

BELLS OF PETERBORO hasn’t been at his best in his last couple of starts, but he’s a dual C&D winner who has won and hit the frame multiple times off higher marks. I really like his chances, while SO SAID I was well beaten last time into second but is down in grade and should fare a lot better.
Tips: BELLS OF PETERBORO, SO SAID I
14.35 – Betting.Bet New Betting Sites Novices’ Hurdle
KOUROSH won very nicely on his hurdling debut at Wetherby and was running a big race at Cheltenham last time before his late departure from the contest. With his connections’ in excellent form and this being a weaker race, this four-year-old is strongly fancied to go close.
Tips: KOUROSH
15.10 – Betting.Bet Cheltenham Ante Post Racing Tips Handicap Hurdle
ESPOIR DE ROMAY is a classy horse on his day, and he will find this easier than the races he normally competes in. The ten-year-old is 5Ib below his last winning mark and has a good each-way chance. LOWRY’S BAR is unbeaten in three starts over hurdles and should have plenty more to come tackling this longer distance.
Tips: ESPOIR DE ROMAY, LOWRY’S BAR
15.45 – cheltenhamfestival.com Cheltenham Festival Handicap Chase
MOONLIGHTER is very well handicapped at present, and this C&D winner is 2Ib lower than when he last scored, which came here. He can outclass this field, though SKINFLINT is another with winning course form, including over C&D, and cannot be ruled out. He remains lightly raced for his age.
Tips: MOONLIGHTER, SKINFLINT
