There’s no better time to bet on basketball than the NBA playoffs. Stars up their minutes, coaches cut their rotations to keep their biggest names on the court, and the playoff series format guarantees repeat match-ups. That allows us to take advantage of potential mismatches and find the best value player props.
We’ll be providing you with daily NBA player prop bets throughout the 2026 playoffs, with expert analysis and breakdowns for each selection!

Today’s NBA Prop Bet of the Day
Ayo Dosunmu to score 20+ points vs Denver Nuggets at 4/5
The Minnesota Timberwolves took a 3-1 series lead over the Denver Nuggets in their last game, but they suffered injuries to both members of their starting back-court. Donte DiVincenzo is set for a long spell on the sidelines, while Anthony Edwards faces a few weeks out.
That’s offered Denver a way back into the series, but Minnesota won’t give up easily. They dug out that Game 4 victory without both Edwards and DiVincenzo in the second-half, and they won the second two quarters 62-42.
Ayo Dosunmu carried them to victory with 43 points off the bench, having hit 25 in Game 3. With two huge gaps in the guard positions, Dosunmu is expected to step up a a starter, having played 42 minutes in Game 4.
Dosunmu averaged 18.7 points in nine games as a starter for Minnesota after arriving at the February trade deadline. However, he’s stepped up his displays as his free agency looms. There are already comparisons to Jalen Brunson’s playoff run, ahead of his free agent switch to New York in 2022.
Dosunmu is 4/5 to score 20 points as a starter, after scoring 68 combined across his last two games. Denver have given up 113 points per game across their last three in this series, and Dosunmu will be tasked with exposing them again.
Given that, his 20-point line is Monday’s best bet. However, it’s also worth laddering some of the bigger prices on a player responsible for eight of Minnesota’s 21 field goals and half of their free-throw attempts in the second-half. He’s 47/20 to repeat his 25-point showing from Game 3, 13/2 to go for 30, and a massive 15/1 to score 35 or more, and those are each worth some smaller stakes.

What are NBA Player Props?
In addition to betting on games, which we cover in our daily NBA tips, player props allow you to predict how a player will perform in individual stat categories. The most popular bets tend to be over/under player props, which mostly revolve around points, rebounds and assists.
NBA prop lines appear a little after the main moneyline and spread odds. These are often linked to player stat lines from the regular season. Our NBA playoff betting strategy is focused on finding favourable matchups or increased minutes, which can help players to hit the over.
When will the NBA prop bet of the day be posted?
With the playoffs running almost daily from now until June, our daily NBA props will go live each afternoon in the UK. We aim to have our best NBA prop bet for tonight’s playoff games live well before the action tips off.
Underrated NBA playoff prop markets
The most popular NBA prop bets tend to be based around points + rebounds + assists (PRA). However, betting markets for player stats extend far beyond that. Throughout the NBA playoffs, you’ll find prop lines on other markets like threes made, steals, blocks and even turnovers.

NBA Prop Betting Tips for the Playoffs
There’s little doubt that the game changes from the regular season to the playoffs, which is something to consider for your NBA playoff prop picks. Teams shorten their rotations, cutting opportunities for players further down the roster. Stars have the ball in their hands much more, while the prospect of a seven-game series opens up an opportunity to bet focused on matchups between the two teams.
