ROGUE ALLEGIANCE

BET NOW

Rogue runs in the Greenham Stakes and I believe his chances to be very substantial in this exciting race. The Greenham Stakes is a highly prestigious Group 3 flat race open to 3-year-old colts and geldings.

This race serves as a trial for one of the most exciting classic races of the year; the 2000 Guineas, and it is of a very competitive nature.

Rogue Allegiance’s debut in December was very highly impressive over 6f at Newcastle winning by six lengths. The horse who finished fourth at Newcastle has since won and this will be David O’Meara’s sole representative at the track. This is Danny Tudhope’s only riding also as we speak and there is every chance this is a very special horse going forward. A nice value bet for a potential superstar.

Best of luck to connections who aim for their first classic success with Rogue Allegiance!

SUNWAY

BET NOW

Sunway has been contesting very strong races at Grade 1 level and runs here in a Grade 3. In-form runs on good ground has seen him win twice. Last season, he bumped into so many top horses, he is proven at Grade 1 level, and he should be winning this before moving on to Epsom in June.

CAPTAIN CODY

Sat 12 Apr, 15:35

BET NOW

Captain Cody has been ridden like a horse who has been out to keep his mark down. As a result, he gets in here off a mark of 140 and that could be laughable. He goes on all ground, and I expect to see him ridden more prominently. Pedigree suggests this trip could unlock major potential and with Willie Mullins running six in this race, he’s my selection on the day, with Mullins pushing for the trainer’s championship.
